For Two Fitness

With my first trimester coming to an end I am proud to say I have continued with my normal fitness routine. Yes, there are days I have been exhausted and needed to slow down or modify but the important part is I haven't given up. My goal for this pregnancy is to remain healthy, strong and hopefully not gain 50 lbs this time around! Stay tuned for my full first trimester review and baby bump pictures next week!
